To swap between the "before" and "after" views, move your mouse pointer off the picture and back again.

This small photo (around 6 cm wide and 7 cm tall) had been kept in a small oval frame, which caused the stronger fading in the centre of the image. As the finished image would be displayed in the same frame, I chose to concentrate on this central part when restoring it.

The original photograph was also printed on textured paper, so I did some additional work to reduce this in the final image, prior to printing.

I'm glad to say that the client was very pleased with the (printed) end result!
